After Hours/Holidays – your calls are still managed! You can select from
•    Find Me Follow Me Services – take only the calls you want!  All calls are screened by the system and it tracks you down at up to 5 different telephone numbers.  The call will be announced and you select whether or not you want the call transferred through to you
•    Transfer calls directly to your cell or another number!
•    Send all calls directly to voicemail and then receive that voicemail in your email as an audio file

Bright, fully decorated conference room is ready and equipped for your meeting with Adjustable Leather Executive Chairs, Individual Thermostat, Computer, Conference Call Star Phone, 50” Color Monitor, Computer with wired internet access plus Wireless Internet Access for you and your guests.  Video Conferencing available with your Skype or other Video Account.

GUEST OFFICE – $ 15/hour**
The fully decorated office at Dixie Office Suites is located next to our Front Lobby Reception area.  The office includes a three sided executive desk, fully adjustable task leather executive task chair, individual thermostatic control, telephone for local calls.   We can even arrange for you to have a name plate on the Guest Office Door when you arrive!

** DISCOUNT:  $ 5/hour discount for prepayment of 15 hours or more (use may be spread over several months) and for Front Office Clients utilizing Business Address or Business Phone Services
